Payment and shipping information

The following conditions apply:

A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, shipping is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DPD, DHL, or GLS (standard). The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you would like to ship to another country, please send us an email (info@babyhafen.de) before placing your order and state the item and quantity, as well as the delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then let you know promptly whether we can ship to your desired country. If delivery to your desired address is possible, we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to confirm the shipping options and costs with the shipping partner in advance.
I. Shipping within Germany :
For shipping within mainland Germany

-For orders up to 49.99 - shipping costs 4.99€

-Free shipping for orders over 50€.

-We do not charge an island surcharge for shipping to German islands.
II. Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
- Austria
Shipping costs to Austria are €11.99 for orders up to 5 kg and €17.99 for orders up to 15 kg.

Additional information:

• Information on calculating the delivery date: For advance payment by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends on the last day of the delivery period. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
• Parcels are handed over to our logistics partners exclusively on working days. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
• Shipping costs (including VAT).

Delivery restrictions:

• Delivery is only possible in household quantities.
• Ordering is only possible from the age of 18

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description: 1. Advance payment via bank transfer 2. PayPal Exoress Checkout 3. PayPal 4. Purchase on account with PayPal 5. Credit card with PayPal 6. Klarna In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

• Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the date the service is made available. The invoice terms for deliveries to Germany can be found here and for deliveries to Austria here .
• Installment purchase (available in Germany only): With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the terms otherwise specified during checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after Klarna sends you a monthly invoice. Further information on installment purchase, including the general terms and conditions and the European Standard Information for Consumer Credit, can be found here .
• Credit card (Visa/Mastercard), direct debit, instant bank transfer

The use of these payment methods requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks during the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
